Sign those petitions! Candidates have just one week to go to get the needed signatures on their petitions and get them filed by next Tuesday’s deadline. Particularly under pressure are the candidates seeking Andy Dinniman’s 19th Senatorial seat in the wake of his announcement last Friday that he will not be seeking another term after all. If you have signed a petition for Andy you are now free to sign someone else’s. Remember to sign for only one candidate per race. Our “Beer Night” at Stolen Sun this Sunday from 5-7 is not officially a petition party, but circulators are welcome to bring petitions as I am sure that you will find people eager to sign!
