About Billy Fleming: Over 100 former aides worked on the Indivisible Guide and the follow-up “tool kits” meant to shape the direction of the burgeoning Indivisible movement. One of those authors is Billy Fleming. Originally from Arkansas, Fleming is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. He later worked as a junior staffer in the White House Domestic Policy Council during President Barack Obama’s first term. Billy currently lives in Philadelphia and is the Research Coordinator of the Ian McHarg Center in the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Design, where he’s completing a Ph.D. in City and Regional Planningwhere.
