On Monday, June 5th, Pennsylvania Together will be participating with dozens of other organizations across Pennsylvania in a Day of Action for a Budget that Puts People First. Hundreds of people from every corner of the state will come together at the state Capitol in Harrisburg to make clear that Pennsylvanians want a budget that makes needed investments in schools, human services, & safe communities, not a budget based on cuts. The schedule for the day includes:
11:00 AM – Disabilities Funding Rally, Capitol Rotunda
12:00 Noon – PA’s Choice Budget Rally, Capitol Rotunda
3:00 PM – SEIU March & Protests, downtown Harrisburg
Legislative office visits going on throughout the day!
