The 44th District is a targeted district to flip from red to blue in 2018, due to the fact that it went blue for Clinton in 2016 and many of the local municipalities elected Democrats for the first time in decades in 2017. Those results prove that if we all work together, we can turn Pennsylvania blue! It is imperative that this momentum is continued and increased in order to win big in 2018.
Your participation in the event will also help show the world the power of the movement to elect more progressive women to office as Katie is 1 of 3 women nationwide being profiled for a documentary by Huffington Post and Good Fight Media and they will be filming at the event. (If you don’t want to be on film, we’ll make sure you are not included.)
