The Allentown Unit is honored to be selected to host the PA State Conference, October 26 – 28 at the Renaissance Hotel. This will be the first time in the history of the NAACP that it will be held in Allentown. Allentown’s hosting the conference is due to our icon, Mrs. Jean Brown. Mrs. Brown is one of NAACP State Elected Officers. She will chair the conference.
The NAACP Annual Conference is attended primarily by NAACP members across Pennsylvania. It attracts established business professionals, civil rights activists, families, youth and a growing cohort of young professionals.
There will be workshops to teach and provide firsthand information on the entire makings of the state conference and meetings. This conference will target past commotion. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and a banquet will be associated with the convention.
